Grimhild is the first major difficulty spike. She has fast attacks, teleportation, polymorph CC, and summons puppets. This is where F2P players typically hit a wall.

Priority: Kill Spider and Bear first (10 all resist = melt instantly). Golem is tanky (DEF 4, 65 lightning resist) but its taunt aura can actually help by redirecting aggro off your healer.
Optimal Team Comp
Grimhild's charm effect redirects attacks — Taunt overrides it. Rock Dragon's damage immunity at ★2 blocks Grimhild's one-shot mechanics.
Grimhild drains team HP with AoE dark magic. AoE heal + Boar King double-cast is the only way to keep 3 heroes alive simultaneously.
Physical damage bypasses Grimhild's 60+ element resists. Fear of Fear's ★4 permanent shadow form keeps DPS uptime high during charm phases.

Giant Beast's ★4 guaranteed crit heavy attack ignores DEF
TR-300's sticky bombs bypass resist mechanics

Strategy Summary
- Ranged DPS only — Grimhild teleports every 5s. Melee DPS wastes half the fight chasing her.
- Survive Polymorph — 65% chance to chicken your heroes for 10s. Your tank MUST have enough HP to survive unaided during polymorph.
- Kill Spider + Bear puppets first — All 10 resist, they die instantly. Golem last.
- After 35% HP: minimize skill use — Silence Curse makes every skill cast trigger lightning on the caster. Auto-attack DPS becomes more valuable. Poison DoT ticks don't trigger the curse.
- Don't rely on CC — Immunity Combo gives her 2s windows of total invulnerability every 45s.
This is where F2P players hit the wall. Priority: (1) DPS weapon gems to Lv4-5, (2) ★4 card on DPS, (3) pet passives to Lv3. These three changes are usually enough.
