SP Beta — EM Beam Sniper

TR-300 is tailor-made for Beta. All damage is skill-classified and cannot crit, so the crit-to-skill-DMG trade at 4★ is pure upside. At max stars with HP above 75%, up to +95% skill DMG.

The ★3 passive grants +150% Skill DMG which is enormous. Worse than TR-300 overall since the crit bonuses are wasted on Beta.

| Star | Branch | Effect |
|---|---|---|
| T0 | Blinding Beam | Snipe target: -100% hit rate for 3s |
| T1 | Power Load | Snipe DMG → 15000%. Each damage dealt reduces skill CD by 2s |
| T2 | Quick Charge | Recharge → 6s. Each snipe +50% skill DMG for 30s (max 3 stacks = +150%) |
| T3 | Reload | Auto-attack during recharge. Completing recharge resets snipe CD. Taking damage interrupts |
DEF-Ignoring Sniper. All damage ignores DEF and cannot crit. Stack skill DMG exclusively. Tier 3 enables back-to-back 15000% snipes if uninterrupted.
Skill: EM Beam
- Auto-attack: 800% DMG to single target (skill DMG, always hits, ignores DEF, can't crit). Fixed 1.5s interval — unaffected by ATK speed.
- Skill (Snipe): 1.5s charge → 7000% DMG snipe (skill DMG, always hits, ignores DEF, can't crit). Then enters 10s recharge — cannot auto-attack during recharge.
Beta's damage is entirely skill-classified and DEF-ignoring. ATK speed is irrelevant for her auto-attacks since the interval is fixed. Instead, stack skill DMG multipliers to amplify both auto-attacks and the devastating snipe.
Recommended Card
Best:
TR-300 (Robot) — ★4
| Star | Passive |
|---|---|
| ★1 | +55% Skill DMG |
| ★2 | +60% Skill DMG |
| ★3 | +65% Skill DMG; HP>75%: +25% Skill DMG |
| ★4 | +70% Skill DMG; HP>75%: +25% more; trades crit for more skill DMG |
TR-300 is tailor-made for Beta. Since all of Beta's damage is skill-classified and cannot crit, the crit-to-skill-DMG trade at 4★ is pure upside. At max stars with HP above 75%, you get up to +95% skill DMG with zero wasted stats.
Alternative: Enzo — ★4
Post-skill enhanced crit is wasted on Beta (can't crit), but the ★3 passive grants +150% Skill DMG on its own, which is enormous. Worse than TR-300 overall but the raw skill DMG number is competitive.
Budget: Boulder Troll — ★3
+35% Skill DMG. Archer-class card with straightforward skill DMG scaling. A solid stepping stone until TR-300.
Gem Setup
Weapon / Ring Gems (Type 1 — Offensive, 6 sockets total)
| Equipment | Socket 1 | Socket 2 | Socket 3 | Why |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Weapon | Ruby (ATK) |
Ruby (ATK) |
Ruby (ATK) |
Base ATK feeds all damage; no element scaling needed |
| Ring | Ruby (ATK) |
Ruby (ATK) |
Topaz (Skill DMG) |
Maximize base damage; Topaz for additional skill DMG bonus |
Armor / Amulet Gems (Type 2 — Defensive, 6 sockets total)
| Equipment | Socket 1 | Socket 2 | Socket 3 | Why |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Armor | Emerald (HP) |
Emerald (HP) |
Emerald (HP) |
Beta MUST survive — Tier 3 recharge interrupts on any hit |
| Amulet | Emerald (HP) |
Emerald (HP) |
Diamond (All Resist) |
Maximum survivability to maintain recharge windows |
Why Ruby instead of elemental gems? Beta's damage has no element scaling multiplier. All her hits are pure skill DMG — they scale from base ATK and skill DMG bonuses. Elemental gems provide no benefit.
Equipment Affixes to Target
Weapon
| Priority | Affix | Why |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Skill DMG% | Directly multiplies all damage — auto and snipe |
| 2 | ATK% | Multiplies base ATK for all hits |
| 3 | DMG% | General damage increase |
Armor
| Priority | Affix | Why |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | HP flat | Raw survivability — cannot afford to take hits during recharge |
| 2 | DEF% | Damage mitigation |
| 3 | DR% | Flat damage reduction |
Skill Tree Recommendations
All four tiers are mandatory with no branching. Priority order for leveling:
- Tier 1 (Power Load) — 15000% snipe is Beta's biggest power spike
- Tier 2 (Quick Charge) — +150% skill DMG stacking and reduced recharge
- Tier 3 (Reload) — Eliminates downtime, enables back-to-back snipes
- Tier 0 (Blinding Beam) — Useful utility but not a DPS increase
